THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an Application Functional Support (SQL & UNIX) for an international project.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Provide frontline support by diagnosing and resolving technical and functional issues related to the application and its ecosystem
Collaborate with finance and IT teams to enhance system functionality and user experience
Document processes and provide clear instructions for the teams
Regularly update support documentation and create user guides
Incident management (analysis, resolution, communication)
