Through this program, apprentices will enable the organization to achieve its business strategy of building a talent pipeline for future vacancies.

The role involves supporting factory-wide innovation in products, processes, and packaging, overseeing technical releases, and driving new product development procedures and guidelines.

Ideal candidates will possess the following attributes:

• Fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience.
• CGPA of 3.2 and above.
• Excellent team players with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Interest in gaining hands-on experience in the FMCG industry...
