Your day at NTT DATA

This position is responsible for setup and installation of technical systems and applications, primarily SAP S/4HANA, following NTT standard processes. The ideal candidate will leverage SAP experience and knowledge to create and enhance processes to optimize user experience and acknowledging feedback based on client experiences for product and process improvements. This role also includes support, upgrades, updates, configuration, and administration of SAP S/4HANA and addressing ticket escalations from our Tier 1 support while maintaining defined SLAs.
