Primary Objective

Provide high-quality technical support to Customers Sales and Technical teams contributing to Sikas objective of achieving market leadership. Support the development rollout and maintenance of Sikas product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support and product training to Sales Engineers Applicators Contractors and Consultants.
  • Perform site visits and prepare clear technical reports; maintain accurate documentation of technical issues actions taken and recommendations using designated systems.
  • Plan organize conduct and report on product training programs for Sales Engineers and Applicators.
  • Coordinate monitor and report product field testing in alignment with Target Market Managers and Product Engineers.
