Application Maintenance and Support Analyst

Job Purpose:

Deliver IT solutions to meet business requirements, including converting requirements to technical specifications, delivery, and post-implementation maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop IT solutions based on user requirements and technology changes.
• Monitor applications to ensure performance standards.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, and production rollout.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues.
• Deploy bug fixes and coordinate testing.
• Work with DBAs and teams for system maintenance and security patches.
• Provide administrative support including meetings and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Domain: Payments/Corporate Online Banking (Banking domain experience: 6+ years).
