Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end software development and support, focusing on L3 production fixes.
- Handle analysis, design, implementation, testing, and issue resolution.
- Ensure quality assurance aligned with the Bank's software delivery methodology.
- Act as the technical focal point for incident, problem, and knowledge management.
- Provide comprehensive support to internal customers and resolve issues efficiently.
- Oversee third-party vendors and integration partners for timely code fixes.
- Optimize and maintain software functionality while recommending improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis, review code, and perform unit testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize problem remediation.
- Contribute to process improvements in tools, methods, and governance.
