Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end software development and support, focusing on L3 production fixes.
  • Handle analysis, design, implementation, testing, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure quality assurance aligned with the Bank's software delivery methodology.
  • Act as the technical focal point for incident, problem, and knowledge management.
  • Provide comprehensive support to internal customers and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Oversee third-party vendors and integration partners for timely code fixes.
  • Optimize and maintain software functionality while recommending improvements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, review code, and perform unit testing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize problem remediation.
  • Contribute to process improvements in tools, methods, and governance.
