Senior Application Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Operations Manager to oversee the management of business-critical systems, ensuring stability, performance and compliance.

• Provide level 2/3 support for enterprise applications; resolve incidents, requests and enhancements in a timely manner.

• Manage ServiceNow/JIRA tickets, troubleshooting and escalation while collaborating with cross-functional teams for process improvements.
