  • ■Ensures that IT application support processes are maintained and that all user requests are handled according to agreed procedures and Service Level Agreements.
  • ■Investigates and prioritizes incidents and problems regarding IT applications.
  • ■Seeks resolutions for incidents, handles them (2nd level support and 3rd level support as required) and documents and closes resolved incidents.
  • ■Initiates and monitors measures to prevent or solve problems in systems, processes and services.
  • ■Performs and documents application changes, including implementation, customizing and configuration.
  • ■Assesses, analyzes, plans and designs release packages, including risk assessment.
  • ■Provides Go Live support for change or introduction of IT solutions.
  • ■Other duties as assigned.
