■Ensures that IT application support processes are maintained and that all user requests are handled according to agreed procedures and Service Level Agreements.■Investigates and prioritizes incidents and problems regarding IT applications.■Seeks resolutions for incidents, handles them (2nd level support and 3rd level support as required) and documents and closes resolved incidents.■Initiates and monitors measures to prevent or solve problems in systems, processes and services.■Performs and documents application changes, including implementation, customizing and configuration.■Assesses, analyzes, plans and designs release packages, including risk assessment.■Provides Go Live support for change or introduction of IT solutions.■Other duties as assigned.Experience & Further Qualifications
