Job Description:
Responsibilities
• Package new applications and convert existing Windows 10 packages to Windows 11 per DB standards.
• Integrate packages into Intune and validate functionality on Windows 11.
• Document application delivery processes as per our Client protocols.
• Manage full application lifecycle, including packaging, deployment, and retirement.
• Troubleshoot and remediate application issues in Windows 11 environments.
• Release validated packages into production following DB processes.
• Define, maintain, and oversee packaging standards and their evolution.
• Provide guidance to developers and vendors on packaging compliance.
• Offer 3rd-line support and escalate technical/process issues to vendors.
