Application Production Support (APS) – AS/400

We are looking for an experienced Application Production Support (APS) professional to join a Wealth Management IT team, providing IT Production Support on AS/400 environments.

This role is strongly focused on Run & Operations, handling incidents, BAU service requests, batch monitoring, and infrastructure maintenance in business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Production Support & Operations

• Provide L1/L2 production support for application, system, and batch-related issues
• AS/400 (primary)
• Unix / Windows (secondary)
• Monitor production batches and infrastructure components
• Ensure batch incidents are identified, analyzed, and resolved within agreed timelines
• Escalate risks, major incidents, and operational issues to APS leadership
