Pay Range:$45.27-$64.67 Per Hr
Description
This position involves providing production services for critical applications in a dynamic environment.
Located in Charlotte, NC, this onsite contract role requires expertise in cloud infrastructure and automation technologies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and supporting applications, triaging production issues, and collaborating with various teams to resolve technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and support applications to ensure 100% SLA adherence.
Triage production tickets and issues, preparing root cause analysis documents.
Collaborate with application teams to resolve issues and prepare impact analyses.
Automate daily business-as-usual tasks through scripting.
Participate in after-hours support and be on-call as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum seven years of experience in the payment technology industry.
Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and change management in production environments.
3-5 years of experience with monitoring and alerting dashboards and tools.
Very strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work under high pressure with effective troubleshooting skills.
