Pay Range: $39.02-$55.75 Per HR
Job Summary:
• This role involves supporting the daily operations of technology platforms in a hybrid setting.
• The position is contract-based and requires expertise in problem management, application monitoring, and operational readiness.
• Applicants should have experience with distributed/web applications and knowledge of various operating systems and programming languages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage problem and incident scenarios, creating and tracking tickets effectively.
• Identify vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement in production services.
• Own escalations and perform troubleshooting using advanced programming skills.
• Consult with end users to determine optimal configurations of equipment and applications.
• Provide strategic input and leadership on technology products and service standards.
Qualifications:
• 3 to 5 years of experience developing or supporting distributed/web applications.
• Proficiency in Java and web technologies.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems and commands.
• Experience with database management and query languages.
• Familiarity with various monitoring and analytics tools.
