Strong program and project management skills with proven ability to plan, prioritize and deliver complex, concurrent initiatives. * Deep knowledge of delivery methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, SAFe), Waterfall and hybrid approaches, with the ability to tailor methods to context. * proficiency in SAP landscapes and/or Data platforms (BI, ETL, data lakes, data warehousing) to effectively oversee technical delivery and trade-offs. * Experience with cloud platforms and services (for example AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern CI/CD, DevOps, and automation practices would be added advantage * Financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, cost control and benefits realization. * Vendor and contract management capability, including SLA design, performance management and commercial negotiation. * Risk management and quality assurance skills to identify, mitigate and escalate issues proactively. * Strong stakeholder management, communication and reporting skills to interact with busines...
