Key Responsibilities:
Incident Management:
- Detecting, diagnosing, and resolving issues quickly to minimize user impact.
Issue Analysis
- Perform first-level troubleshooting of user-reported issues by analyzing system functionality and reviewing historical data to identify root causes and determine resolution or escalation paths.
Proactive Monitoring:
- Implementing and maintaining monitoring solutions to identify potential problems before they escalate.
