Senior Consultant – Application Security Lead
Job description:
This position will be responsible for
- conducting hands-on security tests on web, mobile, premise based, mainframe based, Citrix based applications & platforms to identify security vulnerabilities
- responsible for assessing risk of the found vulnerabilities as per ADP standards and documenting them with proper proof of concepts, as necessary
- assist development teams in understanding the vulnerabilities and provide required information and suggestions for fixing vulnerabilities
- lead a team and handle Org wide Initiatives
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- ADP is seeking an Application Security Lead with Hands On experience of 8-12 years in application security.
- Experience in leading a team of pen testers.
- A bachelor’s degree of Engineering/Technology in Computer Science / Information Technology or related branch
- Expertise in penetration testing Web and Mobile (both i OS and Android) applications and devices.
- Assessing risk of vulnerabilities found is a must
- Experience in writing proof of concepts, exploits and performing in-depth exploitation is desired
- Programming skills in one of the scripting languages like Python/Perl/Ruby is desired
- Hands on development knowledge in any of the cloud platforms & development platforms like Angular/React, Java or. Net will be an added advantage
- Experience in evaluating LLM Models and Gen AI testing will be an added advantage
In addition, the below qualities are expected.

- Ability to work independently
- A problem solver, who is willing to explore to find solutions
- Willingness and capability to self-learn
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to be a good team player as part of remote teams
