Application Security Lead - Software

Overview

Our customer is looking expand its application security team with a technical lead who will design and deliver tools to help developers build secure software.

Responsibilities

• Software development, writing and maintaining APIs, glue code, wrappers etc to integrate AppSec tooling with other services across the environment.
• SAST, DAST, SCA, vulnerability scanning - being a practitioner of building secure pipelines.

Qualifications

• You will ideally have a good understanding of the software security landscape: CVEs, CWEs, and common software vulnerability types.
• To be successful as an Application Security Engineering Lead you should have experience with:

• SAST, SCA, and DAST, including the strengths and weaknesses of each.
