Qualification : B.Sc. / M.Sc. + DMLT

Work Location : Bhopal, Adoor, Nagpur, Rajkot, Kolhapur

Job Description :
  • Conduct training to FLSP on analyzers
  • Carry out demonstrations on products (instruments, reagents, and services)
  • Troubleshoot both reagents and instruments problems
  • Training to customers on our products and services
  • Carry out refresher training periodically to Field staff /customers
  • Joint working with field staff
  • Carry out product promotion activities for reagents, controls
  • Provide technical inputs to the sales team
  • Follow the SOP for training protocols
  • Collect training certificate in 1st week
  • Evaluate training conducted with the customers
  • Put efforts to covert demos into orders
  • Giving customers ready reckon during trainings
  • Spend quality time with customers to avoid frequent visits
  • Provide feedback on quality complaints and facilitate for replacements
  • Continuous learning and upgrade on product knowledge and features.
