Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and provide consulting, technical training, and ongoing application support for bioMérieux solutions
  • Act as a scientific and technical interface between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries and ensure timely, accurate documentation in CRM/ERP systems in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide consistent follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of defined KPIs
  • Support business development activities by strengthening customer relationships and retaining existing customers
  • Conduct pre-sales and post-sales activities including product demonstrations, evaluations, onsite visits, and training sessions
  • Enable customers to fully utilize the technical potential of solutions, including result interpretation, specimen management, and workflow optimization
