Senior Application Support Specialist
This role involves working closely with team members to analyze and resolve application issues. Identifying defects, discrepancies, and trends through code debugging or log analysis is also a key responsibility.
- Duties include actively participating in Change management process to manage risk in the production environment.
- You will work on improving application stability and performance by observing patterns, recurring failures and/or issues, and advising application owners on permanent fixes accordingly.
We are seeking an individual who can adopt various tools developed by our Engineering team to automate failures using machine learning techniques. This includes notifying discrepancies in the health of production and automating health-restoration with a focus on continuous measurement of risk and cost.
