Application Support Analyst An opportunity to join an experienced technology team supporting business-critical trading applications within a large, global market infrastructure environment. This role sits within a Level 2 Application Support function, focused on the implementation, monitoring, and support of electronic trading systems. It is a business-facing position, working closely with Engineering, QA, Development, and operational teams to ensure the stability and performance of core trading platforms. The successful candidate will support day-to-day operations, contribute to system improvements and automation, and follow established ITIL processes for Incident, Change, Request, and Problem Management.
