Provide L2 application support for an e-commerce platform
Monitor queues, investigate incidents, and resolve order-related issues
Write and analyze SQL queries to generate actionable insights
Improve efficiency through automation and process documentation
Collaborate with internal teams across Oracle, SAP, Jira, Jenkins, Glassbox, and Azure
