Application Support Analyst I - Operation Solutions (Product & Channels)
- Participate in application support services for EPF Corporate Web, i-Akaun (Mobile & Web), Self Service Terminal (SST) and various EPF products platforms e.g. i-Lindung, i-Invest and e-Payroll.
- Perform second level of support which involve in troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure system availability and healthiness.
- Assist to regulate platform components of the systems, covering aspects of application related operating system components, hardware, appliance, applications, and other related components with those systems in various environment.
- Assist in project implementation and application enhancements to ensure delivery within the defined scope and timeline.
- Ensure the application development is implemented in accordance to the specifications and appropriate use of hardware, software and methodology adhering to the requirements and objectives.
