PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive technical support for applications utilized by the Equity middle office and back-office functions, including systems for booking, confirmation, and settlement activities.
  • Execute release regression testing to ensure system integrity and functionality.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues through collaborative engagement with development teams and external vendors, addressing both immediate resolutions and long-term solutions.
  • Participate in incident and problem management processes to maintain operational continuity.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between end users, global teams, and external vendors to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.
