Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Resolve incidents and provide clarifications on payment products and services;
- Understand product functionalities, integrations, and REST APIs to ensure efficient support;
- Log, monitor, and ensure requests are resolved within agreed service levels;
- Analyze, document, and optimize internal processes, tools, and product testing.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or similar;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Application Support Analyst;
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, PHP, JavaScript, and .NET;
- Experience with Web Services and REST APIs;
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus;
- Proactivity and dynamism;
