Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Resolve incidents and provide clarifications on payment products and services;

  • Understand product functionalities, integrations, and REST APIs to ensure efficient support;

  • Log, monitor, and ensure requests are resolved within agreed service levels;

  • Analyze, document, and optimize internal processes, tools, and product testing.

Requirements:


  • Degree in Computer Science or similar;

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Application Support Analyst;

  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, PHP, JavaScript, and .NET;

  • Experience with Web Services and REST APIs;

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus;

  • Proactivity and dynamism;
