Application Support Analyst

Overview

The successful candidate will be involved in day-to-day handling of incidents, escalations, problems and change management. This includes application server administration, technical troubleshooting of infrastructure and user incidents, server and application deployments and task automation.

The role requires availability for weekend and on-call work on a rotation basis

Required skills

• Min. 5 years of experience
• Experience in troubleshooting server and infrastructure applications.
• Strong UNIX/Linux knowledge including the ability to understand the interaction between applications, hardware, and operating system and to provide recommendations and suggestions related to troubleshooting and performance improvement.
• Server and application deployments and task automation.
• Strong experience in Unix Shell.
