Job Summary

This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation, support, and continuous improvement of the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). The successful candidate will ensure system stability, performance, security, and compliance with global IT standards, while providing reliable system support to laboratory users.

Key Responsibilities

1. System Operations & User Support
   • Act as Level 2 application support for LIMS, handling service requests, incidents, and user enquiries via ITSM tools (e.g. JIRA).
   • Perform daily system monitoring, health checks, log reviews, and basic performance analysis to proactively identify potential issues.
   • Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
   • Provide system usage guidance, user training, and maintain support documentation and knowledge base.
