Responsibilities

  • Work as Senior Executive reporting to Application IT Manager
  • Responsible for SAP system support, interfaces, and continuous business process improvement/re-engineering related to SAP.
  • As main contact person working closely with end users and Vendors to ensure tasks and requirements are properly managed and SLA is monitored.
  • Review system health check report and ensure system is running healthy with minimum disruption to business operation.
  • Administrative tasks related to SAP systems and application
  • Monitor and execute policies and procedures pertaining to application, support and IT SOP when necessary
  • Provide on-site field services as and when required
  • To participate in system related planning, project implementation, and system integration.
