Application Support → Application Analyst (JIRA / ERP)

About the Role

We are looking for a technical profile who will initially provide operational application support (L1–L2) and progressively evolve into an Application Analyst role. The position offers a clear growth path, expanding responsibilities in functional analysis, workflow design, process optimisation, and advanced application support, primarily focused on JIRA, ERP systems, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Phase 1: Technical Support (L1–L2): Provide user support, troubleshooting, and ticket handling. Perform basic diagnostics and execute SQL queries. Manage users and review workflows in JIRA. Provide basic operational support for ERP systems.
