Job Description
Main Tasks:
• Provide L1/L2 support to application, system and batch related issues on the respective AS400 ( primary) , Unix/Windows (secondary) environments used by the different domains in Wealth Management
• Monitor Production batches and infra components.
• Ensure batch related issues are attended and resolved on time
• Escalate timely to Head of APS on possible risks, escalation matters and management issues
• Adhere to Service Level objective target and roadmap.
• Review and create application Support knowledge articles.
• Ensuring that all production deliverables are aligned with bank standards and best practices.
• Identify and propose automation wherever possible to improve system availability, productivity, and performance
Technical Skills:
• AS400 and Unix troubleshooting skills
• Strong knowledge on SQL queries, data analysis
• Familiar with Production support tool...
