Job Description

Main Tasks:

- Provide L1/L2 support to application, system and batch related issues on the respective AS400 ( primary), Unix/Windows (secondary) environments used by the different domains in Wealth Management

- Monitor Production batches and infra components.

- Ensure batch related issues are attended and resolved on time

- Escalate timely to Head of APS on possible risks, escalation matters and management issues

- Adhere to Service Level objective target and roadmap.

- Review and create application Support knowledge articles.

- Ensuring that all production deliverables are aligned with bank standards and best practices.

- Identify and propose automation wherever possible to improve system availability, productivity, and performance


Technical Skills:

- AS400 and Unix troubleshooting skills

- Strong knowledge on SQL queries, data analysis
