Job Summary
To provide end-to-end support for the Quantum Treasury Management System (TMS) and related platforms (SWIFT, RENTAS, ALM, Intellimatch), ensuring smooth daily operations, system availability, compliance reporting, and support for enhancements, upgrades, and audits. The role serves as a key liaison between Treasury Front/Middle/Back Office, IT teams, vendors, and regulators.
Responsibilities
- System & Application Support: Provide daily Level 1 and 2 support for Quantum and integrated Treasury platforms (SWIFT, ALM, Intellimatch, etc.).
- Monitor system health, batch processing, and trade workflows; resolve operational incidents in a timely manner.
