Email Support/L1- IT Operations Managing and Support
Role Summary:
Provide L1 support for AI-171 Personal Belonging IT interface developed using Salesforce CRM, ensuring smooth operations and facilitating users with the web interactions to get their connected data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user queries and Emails using Web CRM interface
- L1- IT Operations Managing and Support
- Basic IT-Operations Know-how to support Users
- Monitor system functionality and perform routine checks
- Excel Sheet and other Microsoft tools know-how
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams.
- Debugging and Analytical skills
- Maintain incident logs and prepare basic reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT
- Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce/Custom Solutions)
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and Email System
- Good communication (English/Hindi and good in-case candidate knows Gujarati) and problem-solving skills.
