Position: Application Support Engineer

Year of Experience: 2 - 5 Years


Knowledge of CRM platforms Salesforce

Email Support/L1- IT Operations Managing and Support


Role Summary:

Provide L1 support for AI-171 Personal Belonging IT interface developed using Salesforce CRM, ensuring smooth operations and facilitating users with the web interactions to get their connected data.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user queries and Emails using Web CRM interface
  • L1- IT Operations Managing and Support
  • Basic IT-Operations Know-how to support Users
  • Monitor system functionality and perform routine checks
  • Excel Sheet and other Microsoft tools know-how
  • Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams.
  • Debugging and Analytical skills
  • Maintain incident logs and prepare basic reports.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT
  • Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce/Custom Solutions)
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools and Email System
  • Good communication (English/Hindi and good in-case candidate knows Gujarati) and problem-solving skills.
