This role is ideal for someone from an application or software support background who regularly works with data, records, databases, and system outputs as part of troubleshooting and customer support.

The Role

You’ll act as a technical point of contact for customers, diagnosing application issues with a particular focus on data accuracy, structure, and flow through systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing 1st / 2nd line application support for automation and low-code platforms
  • Investigating incidents by analysing data records, logs, system outputs, and error messages
  • Identifying and resolving data-related issues such as validation errors, incorrect mappings, or corrupted records
  • Querying, filtering, and validating data to support root-cause analysis
