Job Description:


Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise applications across multiple environments

- Monitor, analyze, and resolve issues related to performance, availability, and functionality

- Develop and maintain automation scripts for job scheduling and system health checks

- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement fixes and enhancements

- Work with telemetry tools for image capture and system diagnostics

- Document technical procedures, incident reports, and resolution steps





Preferred Attributes

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Experience in production support and incident management

- Familiarity with cloud-native monitoring and logging tools

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
