Application Support Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, self-starting Application Support Engineer that can take direction and act decisively without constant guidance. This role focuses on developing and maintaining Java/Spring Boot applications with an emphasis on API management (approximately 75% backend and 25% frontend) while working within AWS cloud environments to ensure reliability and scalability. The position involves providing operational and support expertise, troubleshooting, and performance optimization, as well as collaborating on networking and tech management tasks related to AWS-hosted systems. CST/EST time zone.
