Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve analyzing system performance, troubleshooting incidents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of applications, ensuring that they meet the required performance standards and user expectations. Your role will also include documenting findings and solutions to enhance the knowledge base for future reference, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Engage in knowledge sharing sessions to foster team collaboration and learning. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). - Strong analytical skills to assess system performance and identify issues. - Experience with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies. - Familiarity with application monitoring tools and techniques. - Ability to document processes and solutions effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Splunk Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
