Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot applications using various tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve application performance.
  • Analyze logs and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Grafana and other visualization tools.
  • Work with Splunk to analyze data and identify potential issues.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms to ensure high availability of applications.
