As the first point of contact for international public cloud customers, provide remote technical support via ITSM platform, hotline, and IM.

Responsibilities

• Utilize monitoring tools, log analysis, and platform to deep dive cloud user issues.
• Accurately gather user requirements, identify technical issues, and engage specialized or product teams until resolution.
• Document problem details clearly and prepare comprehensive escalation materials.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles for common solutions.
• Proactively communicate troubleshooting progress and manage user expectations.
