๐—•๐˜‚๐—ฑ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐˜: Up to 5 LPA
๐—Ÿ๐—ผ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป: Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Chennai
๐—ฅ๐—ผ๐—น๐—ฒ: Providing strong customer service and support in a high-quality service environment.
๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—พ๐˜‚๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€:
- 4 Years hands-on experience in application support
- ITIL foundation certification desired
- Basic SDLC knowledge
- 2 to 4 years' technical experience in web-based environments
- Strong technical skills: PL/SQL, Unix, shell scripting (Shell, Python)
- Familiarity with enterprise incident management, monitoring tools (CloudProber, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace)
