- Manage incidents and changes via ITIL processes (ServiceNow).
- Provide 2nd-level support for key users and application users.
- Deploy bug fixes, configuration changes, and minor enhancements.
- Support rollout activities at new factories.

- Monitor applications and infrastructure using tools.
- Analyze performance data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
