Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and 3 support for Java-based applications.
- Analyze and troubleshoot application issues raised by users or monitoring systems.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Develop small enhancements, bug fixes, and patches using Java and related technologies.
- Monitor application performance and availability, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain documentation for application processes, support procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Participate in deployment activities, including application releases and patching.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
