Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 and 3 support for Java-based applications.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot application issues raised by users or monitoring systems.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
  • Develop small enhancements, bug fixes, and patches using Java and related technologies.
  • Monitor application performance and availability, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain documentation for application processes, support procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Participate in deployment activities, including application releases and patching.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
