Job Summary

This role provides application support for banking systems, including troubleshooting issues, managing access, logging and testing fixes, and automating processes through scripting. It also involves maintaining documentation, supporting deployments during US business hours with flexibility for off-hours, and improving process efficiency. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience, strong skills in SQL, scripting, Linux, and ITIL processes, plus knowledge of Credit and Market Risk. Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow is required; CI/CD and deployment experience are a plus.
