Experience supporting SaaS business applications (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
Hands-on experience with user license provisioning, access administration, and workflow approvals
Strong troubleshooting skills for application issues, data entry errors, and vendor escalations
Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk preferred)
Ability to communicate effectively with business users, vendors, and internal technical teams
Understanding of change control processes and production support best practices
