In this full-time role in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for the company's critical software applications. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the seamless operation of our key business systems.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible to manage new user change request on internal & external maintained application (In-house CRM Application) from change request scope definition, user acceptance testing and implementation across internal and external business teams.
• Responsible to provide first level support to users on all application (In-house CRM Application) related requests & enquiries.
