Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation,including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues.
  • Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, management communication andclient relationship management in partnership.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for thisposition.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support orequivalent.
