Job Description
Support & troubleshoot business software applications to end users within the company.
Investigate, and resolve problems related to applications.
Manage issue tracking list and ensure comprehensive database of issues and resolutions are kept up to date.
Monitor and track all incidents, service and change requests to ensure SLAs are met.
Resolve incidents requests within SLA.
Manage application setup & configuration such as create new organization, branch, user account, grant access permission and etc.
Maintain and update documentation such as procedure / process / setup & configuration checklists and user manual.
Job Requirements
- Experience using / and/or supporting MSSQL.
- Able to communicate technical details in a clear and concise manner.
- 1-2 years of experience in system support.
