JOB SUMMARY
Our client is looking for an Application Support Lead to join the application support team. This role involves managing and supporting production systems to ensure applications are stable, available, and ready for business operations. The position requires hands-on production support experience, leadership capability, and willingness to support systems after working hours.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Must be able to co-manage an application support team, including roster planning, task delegation, status follow-up, chairing team meetings, and issue approval.
- Must assist, notify, and remind the manager on important meetings and planned activities.
- Must monitor frontend, middleware, and backend applications using monitoring tools.
- Must ensure routine batch jobs are completed without errors.
