Job Description
We are looking for an Application Support Lead to own 24×7 production support for core banking, lending, and payment applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead L3 support for LOS/LMS platforms and Core Banking systems.
- Own production support for UPI and payment systems, including transaction failures, reversals, and settlement issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot API gateways and backend integrations.
- Handle database-level analysis (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL) for data and performance issues.
- Own EOD/EOM batch runs, monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Use ITSM tools (ServiceNow / Remedy / JSM) for incident, problem, and change management.
- Drive RCA, corrective actions, and recurrence prevention.
- Monitor applications using logs, alerts, and monitoring tools to ensure SLA adherence.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, audits, and regulatory reporting.
