Job Description

We are looking for an Application Support Lead to own 24×7 production support for core banking, lending, and payment applications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead L3 support for LOS/LMS platforms and Core Banking systems.
  • Own production support for UPI and payment systems, including transaction failures, reversals, and settlement issues.
  • Manage and troubleshoot API gateways and backend integrations.
  • Handle database-level analysis (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL) for data and performance issues.
  • Own EOD/EOM batch runs, monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Use ITSM tools (ServiceNow / Remedy / JSM) for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Drive RCA, corrective actions, and recurrence prevention.
  • Monitor applications using logs, alerts, and monitoring tools to ensure SLA adherence.
