We are looking for an Application Support professional to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!


Location: Porto, Portugal


Main Tasks:

  • Support the setup and maintenance of RPA robots environments , ensuring operational stability.
  • Escalate and follow up RPA production infrastructure issues , coordinating with relevant teams until resolution.
  • Maintain an updated and accurate set of procedures and documentation supporting daily operations.
  • Develop strong working relationships with infrastructure teams and RPA implementation teams , ensuring effective communication and adherence to established procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced and evolving IT environment.
